Our Story
At Dr. Sheth’s Clinics, we combine advanced dermatology with a patient-first approach to deliver exceptional skin and hair care. Our team of expert dermatologists specialise in customised treatments, both clinical and cosmetic, for concerns such as acne management, hair reduction, pigmentation, hair restoration, anti-ageing and other therapies.
With state-of-the-art clinics in Juhu and Marine Lines, we offer science-backed solutions tailored to your needs. Trusted by thousands and recognised in leading publications, we ensure safe, effective, and long-lasting results.
The Dr. Sheth's skincare products sold on Nykaa, Amazon, and at retail grew out of this clinic and are now a separate business, owned by Honasa Consumer Limited (Mamaearth) since 2022. The clinic and the brand share family history but operate independently today.
Our Founders
Dr. Rekha Sheth
The practice traces back two generations. Dr. Rekha Sheth's father, Dr. Sharat C. Desai (1917–2004), established the first Department of Dermatology in India at KEM Hospital, Mumbai, and organised India's first International Conference of Dermatology, in Mumbai in 1961. He was the only Indian of his era honoured with membership of the American Dermatological Association.
Dr. Rekha Sheth began her dermatology practice in 1975 and opened India's first dedicated aesthetic dermatology clinic at Marine Lines in 1993. She founded the Cosmetic Dermatology Society of India in 1997, became the first woman nominated as Vice President of the International Society of Dermatology in 2011, and received the Maria Duran Lectureship Award from the International Society of Dermatology in 2012. She passed away in 2020.
Dr. Aneesh Sheth
Dr. Aneesh Sheth is a formulation scientist with a PhD in pharmacology from Cornell University and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. He is the son of Dr. Rekha Sheth and a partner at Dr. Sheth's Skin & Hair Clinics LLP. Aneesh founded the Dr. Sheth's skincare brand, which Honasa Consumer Limited acquired in 2022. At the clinic, he works alongside the dermatology team on research and product science.

Dr. Saloni Vora Gala is a highly experienced dermatologist and the Medical Head of our Clinics. With a passion for advanced skin and hair treatments and a commitment to excellent patient care, she leads our medical team with expertise and dedication. A student of Dr. Rekha Sheth, Dr. Saloni combines years of clinical experience with a deep understanding of dermatology and global trend setting cutting-edge technologies, ensuring the highest standards of care for every patient.
